About Seven Seas Yacht Delivery
Seven Seas Yacht Delivery is a professional yacht delivery company specialising in skipper-led yacht repositioning and offshore vessel transfers worldwide.
Who is Seven Seas Yacht Delivery
Seven Seas was founded in 1998 by Marek Belniak, who has been sailing for more than 45 years, and has delivered yachts worldwide as Seven Seas Yacht Delivery (SSYD) since 2015. Our skippers bring decades of offshore experience of their own, on small sailing yachts, sea cruisers, sport yachts and tall ships worldwide.
Genesis
Marek started the company as an active professional skipper, after decades of long offshore and ocean passages. He still works at sea with a team of skippers who learned the trade the same way. The operational nature of yacht delivery shaped the structure of the company from the very beginning.
Operational experience
Our operational experience includes yacht deliveries on coastal, offshore and ocean routes worldwide. Years of continuous work at sea have allowed us to develop procedures adapted to real operating conditions rather than theoretical scenarios.
Team and operating model
Our team is international and multilingual, allowing us to select skippers and crew members appropriate to specific vessels, routes and operational requirements. All crew members working with Seven Seas Yacht Delivery are selected based on verified sea experience and professional competence.
Standards and safety
Safety and responsibility are fundamental elements of every operation carried out by Seven Seas Yacht Delivery. Each yacht is handled with care throughout the entire delivery process, with conservative decision-making regarding weather, routing and vessel operation. Our procedures are designed to minimise risk and ensure transparency for yacht owners.
